Apartment buildings

We have already realized a few apartment reconstructions. We have completely reconstructed the interior of panel houses, replaced the sanitary engineering distribution systems, carried out new electrical installation, changed windows, and installed new floor coverings.

In spa regions we have carried out the entire reconstruction of a few apartments in brick homes. This included new distribution systems for electricity, gas, water, sewage, the installation of a new heating system, new plaster-board ceilings, window and door repair, new stucco installation, flooring construction and floor coverings, facing, etc. We have supplied and assembled kitchen links with home appliance furnishing as well.

Spa houses and hotels

We have experiences with reconstruction of a few spa houses and hotels. For the most part this has concerned large amounts of work with the original historical construction, tearing down internal walls, chipping off plaster, tearing down ceilings and fastening new steel supports, to laying concrete of ceiling boards into the lost moulding from corrugated plates. As a result of the large size of the work being carried out in the old walled buildings the workers had to manage technologies of renovation plasters and renovation pressure grouting (damp-proof screens) including gravel damp-proofing.

The change in the disposal systems required complete new ascending pipeline for drainage and water. New electric installations and a heating system were installed as well. Weak current and EPS distribution systems were newly installed as well. New crossbars on the higher floors are for the most part made of plasterboard in order to provide the least possible load on current buildings. We have trained craftsmen for carrying out plasterboard construction works.

Our professional carpenters, sheet-metal workers, and roofers participate in the reconstruction of roofs. They have experience with complex work on slate and copper roofs as well.

In the historical centre of Karlovy Vary conservation requirements had to be upheld, therefore the majority of windows had to be refitted or accurate replicas had to be manufactured.

Facades

We have repaired the facades on apartment as well as civic buildings.

We have carried out insulation work with contact insulation systems, e.g., at a swimming pool in Rokycany.

Our trained workers conducted reconstruction of the peripheral brickwork on the church of Sts. Peter and Paul in Karlovy Vary in accordance with precise technological procedures.

During the repair work of complex facades of the Karlovy Vary bathhouses, e.g., at Čajkovskij, Petersburg, and Brno, we refitted the original decorated stucco elements.

Roofs

In this field of activity we implement carpentry, roofing, sheet metal, and joinery work including material delivery. In view of the various characteristics of buildings, we are capable of offering a wide palette of roofing materials. This concerns both covering with sheet metal as well as various types of roof coverings with specific properties.

We are capable of satisfying customers who require traditional sheet plating from zinc plating, titanzinc, copper plate, or we can satisfy customers who prefer plastic roofing systems. An inseparable component of roofs is the delivery as well as installation of roof windows and joinery work during the installation of window sills and ceilings, which we provide together with the installation of lightning conductors in the scope of every order.
