The entrepreneurial philosophy of the company, its mission, and vision

IPM stars, s.r.o. is a company, which since its inception in the year 1999, has made efforts to assert itself in the construction market in new, demanding conditions both at home as well as abroad. With respect to stiff competition, the owners and leading works of the company realize that these efforts must lead to a systematic and constant improvement of all activities which are oriented towards a permanent improvement of construction and service providing. Therefore they are adopting a few important principles for further conducting of business which make up the entrepreneurial philosophy of the company. This concerns principles which are obligatory and feasible for all employees of the company and are valid in the long term and are the basis for determining directions of further company development.

1. Complex creation of quality of products and services

We are a company which has gained a definite market position. We wish to develop this position further and expand it by the complex creation of the quality of construction and service providing in accord with the stipulated as well as expected requirements of customers and applicable laws and regulations. The qualified abilities and application of our fellow workers are the basis of this. We strive for profit so that we might be able to improve the quality of our construction work and provided services by the introduction of new technologies and thus to ensure job security for our employees.

2. Orientation and customer needs

We are a construction and service providing company. The purpose of our activities is to sell these activities in acceptable conditions in view of our expenses. Therefore as a priority we abide by the requirements of our customers. Satisfied customers are the greatest measure of success in our line of work. We wish to constantly increase the quality of construction and service providing and we consistently approach the problems of our customers as we approach our own problems.

3. Coexistence and co-operation in the firm

The principle of teamwork during the recognition of partner co-operation, collegiality, and respect towards the individual are the cornerstone of the company. The relations among individual employees and between subordinates and superiors conform to this principle, while in the process the interests of the company have priority over the interests of the individual employees.

4. Work realization of the individual

We support and expect from every employee responsibility, initiative, and interest in constant improvement, which we consider to me the most important components of the work self-fulfilment of every individual. Everyone should discharge his/her task with regard to the customer as well as expenses. Therefore we give space in the rules of work activities for individual freedom of choice, in the process the organizational bonds are created at an indispensably necessary level for company functioning. We are opened to every improvement and constructive criticism belongs to this as well. Everyone can make mistakes; they cannot, however, hide and repeat them.

5. Committed engagement

As a given we expect willingness from every one of us to perform for the whole, for the firm. Everyone can affect his/her own professional development by developing initiative, presenting good performance, and taking on responsibility. The lead workers must be aware that they act as a model. The vision of the company IPM stars. s.r.o. is stipulated by management as such:

• to be a construction company with the highest quality of construction and service providing in the Karlovy Vary Region as well as other regions
• to provide its customers with complete assurance of required quality and to exceed their expectations
• to develop procedures in order to reach a high purposefulness and effectiveness of individual processes
