The policy of the integrated system

The top management has stated the policy of the integrated system in these points:

The policy of quality:

• Increase economic welfare and competitiveness of the company within the region of Karlovy Vary and later on also in other regions.
• Provide customers with a guarantee of quality they require. Keep good relationships with the customers based on partnership and mutual appreciation while also respecting all ethical and legal aspects of the business.
• Maintain and furthermore improve the system of management of quality in accordance with demands of the international norm of ISO 9001:2008 which had been established in the company in May 2003.

The policy of the environment

• Operate activities of the company with regard to the knowledge of its significant environmental aspects and minimalize their negative impact on the environment and assert precautions in order to prevent pollution of the environment by minimalizing the risk of possible accidents.
• Permanently educate its employees in the matter of the environmental protection.
• Keep legal and other requirements in the field of the environment protection, notify and apply them on the employees, suppliers, tenants and persons lingering in the premises of the company. 

The policy of safety and health protection at the working process :

• Follow all relevant laws, regulations and resolutions referring to the safety and health protection at the working process, engage all employees and other involved parties into abiding these rules.
• Identify risks of particular working activities in all areas – in the actual organization as well as in the contracts being preceded and based on the results, state appropriate proactive precautions meant to prevent the risks, possible ways of abolishing them or reducing the impact on safety and health of the employees and other involved parties.
• Establish and fulfill targets and objectives in the field of improving safety and health protection at the working process, develop programmes focused on permanent improvement and increase of effectiveness in the area of safety and health protection at the working process.

The policy of social responsibility:

• Fulfill the demands of norm SA 8000 as amended, valid requirements of legal regulations and other regulations which the company endorses and respect international legal documents and their interpretations.
• Not to apply or support discrimination, using physical or mental constraint and not to prevent our employees from obtaining their right to think and act independently or fulfill their needs, in our activities not to use child labour, juvenile labour and forced labour.
• Pursue requirements from the field of social responsibility and working conditions with our suppliers and subcontractors.

The targets of quality, environment, safety and health protection at the working process and social responsibility will be established every year, based on this policy of the integrated system of management. All employees of the organization will be engaged in its fulfilling.

The management of the company fully identifies itself with the requirements of the integrated system of the company according to the norms of  ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 a SA 8000 and unabridged commits to detach necessary sources for its maintenance and improvement.

The management of the company promotes accepted principles of the policy of the integrated system in its decision activity and it is a model for the employees of the company in fulfilling these standards.
